Swissroll

Percubaan kali kedua membuat swissroll aka kek gulung..1st time buat siap patah2..sudahnya aku potong2 bentuk segiempat, sapu jam..makan terus..ni try malam tadi...tp banyak lagi kena improve...sekurang2nya dah berjaya menggulung..dengan 'bantuan' anaknda tercinta, yg sorg hampir menterbalikkan mangkuk adunan, sorang lagi nak celup 'lori simen'nya....aduiiihhhh la tensen betul bila budak laki yang rajin sangat turun dapur ni... rasanya ada 'terikut' orang Pekan la hahahaha...sapa ye..

Resepi ni aku hanya ikut yg basic sahaja n ubah mana yg perlu mengikut citarasa kami n bahan2 apa yg ada kat umah..

Ingredients:
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of emulsifier (ovalet)
  • 3 tbsp of water
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp of pandan paste
Filling :
  • Some Kaya (egg custard) or strawberry jam
Method:-
  1. Pre-heat oven t0 350 degree F. Light grease a swiss roll tin (10 x 14" ) and line with some parchment paper.
  2. Combined eggs, flour, sugar, emulsifier, water, vanilla and beat on high speed until mixture is white and fluffy.
  3. Turn off mixer and slowly fold in the melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Remove about 1 cup of mixture and add in the pandan paste.
  5. Pour the white mixture into the baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Put a few dollop of the pandan mixture on of the white mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
  7. Take out the cake and cool down for 5 minutes before turning it out on a parchment paper. Roll it up while its still warm and leave it to cool down completely.
  8. When is cool, unroll it and then spread some kaya or jam on it. Roll the cake up again, cut and serve.

waaa..cedapnyee...!~bulan 5 ni ade knduri kat perlis..risau pulak kalo2 My MIL mintak buat dessert atau masak masakan pahang kt sana nnt.dh lama depa request mcm2,tp gua takut beb nak belasah resepi sbb gua pon jarang trun dapor..akakkakaka~ ade ape2 suggestion utk dessert yg senang? stakat ni plan nk buat moist chochte cake yg kita try dulu tue la..masa raya haji lepas hermi dh request tp gua buat kek batik merry je masa raya, siap bawak pegi mesjid mkn rmai2 dgn pnduduk kg lepas smyg raya..wa rasa nak balik jeerk time tu jgak~! sbb xjadi.hancuis..cokelat cair!~ tp sedappp..masih mndapat pujian ramai msa tu..akakkaka~ best tak adek iparmu ini!

huishhh best sgt kakakaka..dessert ek? Jarang la buat dessert. Simple dish maybe blh buat sausage roll, roti john, pudding caramel..ala susah sgt bantai je buat sandwich..tp pakai la tuna ke, telur rebus ke..senang je..masa diorg makan tu buat2 la pengsan hahahaha klu takut nak tau komen diorg la...:D

gile ke nak buat sandwich masa tghari bute tgha kenduri btunang? xpelik ke??/?? kang saya buat ade kene cmpak dlm sawah padi blakang umah...huahuahuahuaaaaaaaaaaa.......
